Donation data not updating

I’ve the widget installed on a self-hosted wordpress site at https://www.offthecouch.ie. I changed the donation target and put through a donation, but the widget is displaying the previous donation target of €500 instead of €3,000, and not showing the donation made (this shows in my Everday Hero account page). Have I done something wrong?
