Donation Confirmation Shortcode

Hey Josh – if you switch over to the Default Editor do you see an additional shortcode? I’m wondering if you have TWO shortcodes on that page.

Hey, Devin. Thanks! I just deleted the shortcode in the Default Editor mode, switched back to Page Builder, added the shortcode, and then saved. The problem still exists, and there’s only one shortcode. Are you able to replicate the problem?

I’m not able to yet. Would you mind pasting the content you’re using for this page? You can switch to the normal editor and paste the Divi + Give shortcodes in use. That way I should be able to replicate it.

When I switch back to Page Builder, it says changes made in Page Builder will be lost, so I can’t copy and paste. I’ll walk you through my layout:

There’s 1 section. In that section I have 1 row. That row has a 1/4 column and 3/4 column – in that order. In the 1/4 column, I have a Text Module. Inside of that Text Module I have this shortcode:

[shortmenu menu=”Support” class=”sidebar_shortcode_navigation” enhance=”false” menu_anchor_color=”#666666″ menu_anchor_hover_color=”#cccccc” is_responsive=”false” ]

In the 3/4 column, I have two Text Modules. The first Text Module has “Donation Confirmation” as an h1: <h1>Donation Confirmation</h1>.

The second Text Module has your shortcode: [give_receipt].
