My plugin works for free. Unlike many of the security plugins that will sometimes find the threats but not clean them without a payment. My plugin will clean all the threats that it find without making a donation. You can even get new definition updates for free by manually clicking the update button without having made a donation.
I can see your point that the automatic updates is a “premium” feature but it is not necessary to clean your site, and the primary function of my plugin is to help people clean up the malware infections without having to pay a professional. Providing a free solution to the world of malware victims is the key component of my mission with this plugin. I truly feel that most people who choose to donate do so to appreciate my hard work and that is what enables me to continue working hard on this project. But I also fully support my plugin for free and there are many for users who gain the assistance they need from my work without ever making a donation. So I can appreciate you point of view but I will continue think of these contributions as voluntary donation.
