Donate once works/recurring has an error

  • Recurring donations get this error: Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.

    The “donate once” option is working.

    This is the shortcode I am using: [dntplgn recurring_amt1=”10.00″ recurring_amt2=”50.00″ recurring_amt3=”200.00″ item_name=”Donation for XX” paypal_email=”paypalemail@example.com”]

    the only places I edited the code are bolded.

    Hi, try the following shortcode. What I have done is removed the decimal values .00.

    [dntplgn recurring_amt1="10" recurring_amt2="50" recurring_amt3="200" item_name="Donation for XX" paypal_email="[email protected]"]

    I was excited to see a response so quickly, thank you!

    I gave it a try, and some things look quite different. But I’m having the same issue, and also when I change the dollar amounts, they still appear as 10/50/100.

    Is it possible that I need to have a business account with PayPal? I’m on the free version… this solution would be so awesome. (seems silly to pay $30/mo to accept donations for my project)
