    This may be a theme or plugin conflict. To test, could you try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes like TwentySeventeen and see if the same thing happens there?

    Yes Eric,
    When I changed the theme to the ones like 2016-17 the payment seems to happen successfully.
    Yet I can’t figure out what is the issue, what is conflicting with the plugin. This is like the last issue that has been stuck ??
    Can you figure out what can be done here to make this work?

    Unfortunately, I haven’t used that theme myself so I’m not sure why it’s causing problems. Could you try getting in touch with the theme developers? You can tell them that it looks like the window.onload event is not being fired — they should understand what you’re referring to. Tell them I’m happy to work with them towards a resolution; they can reach us via our Support page.
