Donate Now Button Stucks on Please Wait When incorrect card is used

    Hi, When I enter Fake Card Number it stucks on please wait and in console it shows JS Error(Please help me solving it – for example to show message card error or something):

    Hi @gelebrin,

    Happy to clarify that.

    The problem you describe with the wrong credit card fields has already been reported and our devs are working on it although we don’t have a release date yet.

    Since it’s only affecting incorrect numbers, AND the field itself turns red for incorrect numbers, I doubt this will be something that the team drops everything to resolve, but it should be fixed in between development cycles, for sure.

    @mrdaro Thanks Rick – It’s really important to fix this issue asap and the customer’s won’t get notified if they miss-type their credit card number and hence can’t resolve the issue. This caused a lot of missed donations opportunities for us in the past few weeks.
