Donate Button Spins Indefinitely when Clicked

    Whether in test or live mode, when you click the donate button, it changes over to “Please Wait” but spins indefinitely.

    Please advise.

  • When I visit http://fairhousingdet.wpengine.com/donations/fair-housing-donation-form/ from a new incognito browser window, I can see the problem, however, it does not happen if I visit https://fairhousingdet.wpengine.com/donations/fair-housing-donation-form/ (see this screen video).

    Happy to help you!

    This issue is happening because your site is trying to access an external source using HTTPS when you are using HTTP. The browser then prevents this loading, because it would be insecure.

    In this case, I suggest you force the SSL use on your site and test it again. If you load it under HTTPS, everything should be fine
