Domino effect of problems

  • Good morning all,

    Since Friday we have had a lot of problems with one of our websites. We are currently seeing a white screen when we want to add products and other (for example, invoice export) options in the back-end are not possible.

    It seems to be a big problem, but we can’t figure out where the problem lies.

    When logging in we also see the following message: ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, view this documentation or try the support forums.

    The problem is that customers can now no longer pay due to these strange errors.

  • Have you tried checking the error log? The error log file can be in different places depending on your web hosting company. Look for a file named something like “error_log” in your main website folder or perhaps in a “logs” folder. You may need to turn WP_DEBUG on. See debugging in WordPress for more information

    Yes I already tried the error log:

    I will try the Debug right now.
