    Hi,

I woke up this morning to find that the ../wp-admin url for one of my sites just comes up as a blank page. The site still looks and runs fine however and the other wordpress sites I have on the same VPS work fine and have their login pages.

    I recently installed two plugins:

    BM Custom Login

    WP Super Popup

They are installed on all our sites however with no issues that I can tell.

I am running the latest install of wordpress.
I am using the RT SolarSentinel Theme (only on this site, not using it on the other sites).

The list of plugins I run is long:
    Ad-minster
    All in one SEO pack
    Exec-php
    Featured Content Gallery
    Fluency Admin
    Google Analyiticator
    Google XML Sitemaps
    phplist
    plugin central
    reveal ids for wordpress admin
    thumbnail viewer
    twitter tools
    Wordpress Navigation List Plugin NAVT
    WP-DBManager
    WP-SpamFree
    pagemash

    So far I have:
    1. re-uploaded all the wordpress files via ftp (except the config.php)
    2. used ftp to delete both WP Super Popup and BM Custom Login
    3. Tried to bypass the ../wp-admin url by going to an internal page like ../wp-admin/post.php
    4. Contacted my hosting company to see if there was an issue on their end.
    5. Cleared my browser cache.
    6. Tried a different computer and a different location (3 computers in two different countries).

So far no luck. At least the site itself is running fine.
    The url is https://leisuregrouptravel.com

I’m out of ideas so any help would be appreciated.

    Try:
    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

Wow. Why didn’t I think of that?

I forced the theme switch in FTP by renaming the theme folder and got admin access.

Turns out it was a conflict between the theme and the WP Super Popup plugin…. works great now! Thanks esmi ??

    You’re welcome. ??

I have had the same problem, just installed WP Super Popup Pro and now I cannot access my admin page.
I have deleted the plugin via FTP but still cannot access wp-admin through my normal browser RockMelt or Internet Explorer but I could when using FireFox.

Any ideas? I’m not that confident about renaming files and messing with my theme (Catalyst)
