    Hi there,

I am on the way to migrate from shopify to woocommerce and having a small issue with the apple pay in the revolut gateway.

I found an article where I need to Register your domain for ? Pay.

/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association. For example, if your website is?iacceptpayments.com, the file should be available on?iacceptpayments.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association

I downloaded the file from the developer revolut website and where should I upload it in the server? I do have already solder .well-known but then another folder inside should be apple-developer-… and then the file?

Another question, when will you accept the amex payment?

  • Hi,

Thanks for contacting us. I’m Juan, Integrations specialist at Revolut.
Please find below our Register domain for Apple Pay where explains how to proceed with this subject.
    https://developer.revolut.com/docs/api-reference/merchant/#tag/Other/operation/registerDomainApplePay

Once you have downloaded the latest?domain validation file (apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association) you have upload it to your domain’s .well-know folder as follows:
ie: iacceptpayments.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association, where apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association indicates the name of the file.

Ok, the problem was that the file I downloaded using safari had an extension xml. I downloaded it via chrome and it is ok. But the apple pay button is not showing up.

At the moment, I am using the temporary domain while the store is still under set up. do you think, this will be a problem? When I will migrate the domain, the apple pay button/google pay will start showing?

    Hi @wesuit

    That’s correct.
The Apple button will be shown only in the domain you have registered in Revolut, not in the temporary one.
