I keep seeing this error on the product feed page.
Domain failed to be verified. Try again!
This is despite the connection page showing that the domain is verified.

    Hey @bigtrousers

    Hope you are doing well!

Is your site using some sub-directoy path? for example: https://example.com/en-us/

It appears now that there is an error: Feed ingestion failed. ? Last attempt: 15 hours ago
Is this related to the domain?

    Hey @bigtrousers ,

Could be related to the domain.

There is an issue that the development team is working on it, about the sub-path on the domains.

can you send me the Pinterest Business user ID and Merchant ID? Could be related also to an issue on Pinterest side.

    Let me know.

    Christian

    Hey @bigtrousers

You can find the merchan_id on the logs (“WooCommerce > Status > Logs tab”)

you need to first enable “Enable Debug Logging” on Pinterest Settings.

    Let me know.
