    Hello there,

I’ve encountered an issue where the Apple Pay and Google Pay buttons are not being displayed on my site, despite completing the required configurations:

1.) SSL Certificate: Verified that the site has a valid SSL certificate. https://prnt.sc/tByCPvn7oIH6
2.) Domain Registration in PayPal: Successfully added the domain name to PayPal. https://nucleusinsurance.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association
3.) HTML Inspection: On inspecting the HTML, the necessary markup for the buttons is generated, but the actual Apple Pay button doesn’t appear on the frontend.
4.) Cross-Plugin Testing: Enabling Google Pay in another plugin successfully displays the button, which suggests the problem may be specific to the current setup/plugin.
5.) Device and Browser Check: Ensured that the Apple Pay option is enabled on my iPhone, and tested on Safari (as required for Apple Pay).

Note: I’m using a multi-step checkout setup with the [wc_checkout] shortcode.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions on what might be causing this issue and how to resolve it!
    Thanks…!

    Hello @aishvarya28

The Google Pay button appears on your site when accessed from my iOS device, but the Apple Pay button does not. The first and most critical question is: Did you upload the Apple Pay validation file manually to your FTP server, or was it automatically placed during the domain registration process in PayPal? If the file was uploaded manually, Apple Pay may not function as expected, so this is worth verifying.

If the validation process was handled automatically and the issue persists, I recommend performing a full conflict test to rule out potential compatibility problems with your theme or other plugins.

    Here’s how you can proceed:

    1. Switch to the Default Theme: Temporarily activate the default Storefront theme. This will help determine if your current theme is causing the issue.
    2. Deactivate Other Plugins: Turn off all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments.
    3. Test the Checkout Process: Attempt a test checkout to see if the Apple Pay button appear.
    4. Re-enable Plugins One by One: If the issue resolves during the test, re-enable your plugins one at a time, testing the checkout process after each activation. This will help you identify if a specific plugin is causing the conflict.

Let us know how it goes.

    Kind Regards,

    Krystian
