Domain switcher with Woocommerce subscriptions

Running into an interesting problem.
I have 2 domains for languages, all working.
I have woocommerce and woo subscriptions, which then puts one of my sites into staging mode because it only recognizes one domain as live.this clarifies https://woocommerce.com/document/subscriptions-handles-staging-sites/
any ideas how to handle this?
