• Hi, my client has reported that the DL link is not working anymore. I have logged in the admin panel an it seems like neither of the download links are working.
    I have checked both the passwords and the linked file from the FTP server are properly connected and they look fine.

    The issue comes after clicking on the download button where I cannot past that. Normally you would see the password prompt field but in its place I see an error saying “domain.com refused to connect”.

    Any clue on how to solve this ASAP?

    Sorry for the inconvenience.
    If you are not using the latest version 3.2.18 then please update your copy and clear all CDN/browser/website caches if you have any.
    Now, it should work fine, if not, please go to WPDM privacy settings and select DB as temp storage by following this.
    However, if still the problem exists then try these settings as well.
