Domain not resolved.

Same problem.. 2 days.. I HAVE A lot of errors because of this plugin.. Rest api error, loopback error.. I tryed to resolve that with host support but we cant..

Hi,

In the latest update of this plugin and extension, product data is requested from your browser(via extension) instead of your server(via plugin) to reduce “Can not retrieve data error”.

Therefore it currently sends html via rest api post request. Some servers have security rules which do not allow html content in request data and that’s why you will see the green tick for domain but still get “Domain not resolved…” message.

In this case, you can contact your host and tell them about this and they will help you out. Some other users have the same issue and they can fix this with the help of their host.

I modified it to send only necessary data, not html content so hopefully it will work with you.

I am also having a problem. They are showing that domain not resolved. Please enter correct domain and secret key that you set in Dropshipping and Fulfillment for AliExpress and WooCommerce plugin even after entering the right domain and key. Help me please.

I had the same issue, but after unistalling the plugin and the extension and reinstalling them it worked! Just use this extension and install it manually

First i am sorry for late reply, our company is just back to work from a long national holiday.

Regarding the “domain not resolved” problem, because i can not know if you guys(who still get this problem) install the manual version correctly, i don’t know how to debug your problem.
Therefore please wait for the next version 1.0.0.5 of the extension(it takes about 7 to 10 days to review, sometime sooner) and send me back your feedback.

Here is what I have done…

deactivated and uninstalled plugin
removed extension from chrome

installed plugin and activated
downloaded chrome extension from google drive you posted above
unzipped file
uploaded unpacked file to chrome in developer mode
opened aliexpress in chrome
opened chrome extension and filled in website and secret key

Still getting the same error.

Any other suggestions? Because I really do like this plugin and would love to use it.

Do you use any security plugins? Such as Cerber Security, Antispam & Malware Scan…?
Those security plugins have options to disable REST API, block requests from unknown source…

Good catch on the security plugin.

Turns out this plugin is NOT compatible with Wordfence.

However, if I deactivate the Wordfence plugin, I can use the chrome extension just fine.

Seems to be working… I’ll update if I notice anything else.

Thank you for your information.

You can check the Wordfence docs if there’s any function to exclude specific requests from this plugin, or/and exclude request from your IP because requests are made from your browser, they are from your IP.

This way you can still use our plugin without deactivating Wordfence plugin.
