domain not opening

Hi , I had registered a new domain about 2 months ago https://www.nadeemtech.com but now yesterday I changed it to https://www.weightdrain.com and installed the wordpress on it but when i open the https://www.weightdrain.com/wp-admin , it’s showing error and the url address it redirects to is
https://www.weightdrain.com/wp-content/deleteme.02dc1b99dd81422299a2ee82bc7e22b6.php?6bc86c9e50cb1d5af90a90608614bf681please help me
