• It looks like this plugin might not support 4-part domain names? My domain name is text1.text2.text3.com. The plugin is attempting to load .js files from:

    text1.text3.com/wp-content/uploads/uam-pipe/admin/entries/edit.bundle.base-2.1.0.min.js

Note that the “text2” part of the URL is missing. Which results in a 404, and consequently, none of the plugin functionality works. In site settings, the URL is correct (text1.text2.text3.com).

Is it possible to get a fix for this? Thanks!

Hm, we use the standard WordPress enqueue function to load js files. But I will look into it. Have you changed your domain after installing the plugin? Please deactivate the plugin and activate it again and see if this fixes the issue.

Thanks, Denis; unfortunately, deactivating and reactivating the plugin didn’t work. I haven’t changed the site URL since installing the plugin. Is there somewhere in the database/options table that I could look to see if an incorrect domain name is stored? Or perhaps a line number in a file I could try modifying? This is actually our staging environment, so the URL is xxxxx.staging.wpengine.com. We’d like to be able to test on staging before deploying to the live site.
