Domain name forwarding affecting browser url for posts

I hope I can explain this properly.

Since forwarding my domain https://www.therocknrolldog.com to https://www.vegasrockdoglounge.hostawesome.com I’m having problems when I want to copy paste the unique url of a specific post from my browser. address bar.

For example if I open up this blog post in my browser https://www.therocknrolldog.com/what-beg-pardon
and I try to cope paste the url from the browser address bar I just get the url https://www.therocknrolldog.com not the unique url.

The only way I can cope paste the unique url is within wordpress on the specific post which is a drag when I want to just copy paste as a quick share from my browser.
