Domain Name?

    Ok…so i have a website at https://www.example.com and want to move it to siteground. Do i create a dummy site at siteground and move it to that url (i.e. dev.dummy.com)? Because I want to domain name to stay the same after the migration…want to just move the site to the new host.

  • You will have to setup WordPress at your destination server. Then just enter the FTP details of the destination server. After migration, you can change the DNS to point the new server.
