    I sent a support ticket, but no response after 3 days, this was for the paid plugin too.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    As you have admitted being supported there, I am closing this topic. Please do not raise a new one for this plugin. It would not be for these forums as you are their customer and they cannot support you here.
