Domain mapping and static IP address

  • There are lots of resources available on this but I can’t resolve my domain mapping as both WordPress and my domain host have different approaches.

    I’ve purchsed Domain Mapping from WordPress but need to keep my email hosting with my provider. They have told me just to change my A Record with the static IP address of my WordPress blog. I can not find this information anywhere!

    Can anyone help? My host is Network Solutions if anyone has encountered before.

  • I think that’s a wordpress.com question. This is www.remarpro.com, for people who have downloaded the WordPress software and installed it into their own web space.
