domain key does not populate

    Hi there, recently been asked to install and setup LiteSpeed, installed the plugin and continue to get asked to setup a domain key. We follow the steps which seem straight forward but it does not work.

    We get “Domain Key Request Domain Key Requested: 09/13/2023 13:39:39 Approved: 09/13/2023 13:40:31“.

    Can anyone suggest what the issue is or why this is not working?

    Are we supposed to create an account first or does the process create it for us?

    We refreshed the page after the key was approved and the key is not in the field, also tried saving changes, tried many times and nothing works.

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    from my side check , it looks like you have the domain key already ? please try refresh the domain key again , then wait for 10 – 15 minutes

    Thanks, we did the same thing 4-5 times over the past 24 hours. See attached, have just done it again though the request time has not changes so there looks like there is a limit to how many times, see below and attached.

    The last time we did the same thing, 12 hours ago, checked this morning, refreshed the page and the same thing, key does not populate.

    emm , weird issue

    please create a ticket by mail to support at litespeedtech.com with reference link to this topic , we will investigate further.
