Domain hosting with WordPress – setup email?

  • So I wanted to start a blog. I went to www.remarpro.com and paid for the domain I wanted and setup a free wordpress blog.
    Now I want to setup an email account ([email protected]). Can I do this with www.remarpro.com being my domain holder? Or do I have to get an email host and point my records there?
    Does it change anything if I get the $99 pro package with WordPress?
