I have signed up Sendgrid and Amazon SES put in the mailer details for API and SMTP both still send emails to recipient Junk mailbox! Is there anyway that I need to do to configure properly so that email from domain [email protected] does not go to Junk?

    Thanks you.

  • Hi @yongmichael,

Your mailbox provider might be strictly filtering the emails by analyzing the email content and sending emails to the spam folder. When you get a chance, could you please try sending email to another email provider recipient to test if it delivers without issues? Alternatively, you will need to consider switching to other mailers such as Google or Mailgun.

    Thanks!

Thanks for your message Sanjeev. In the end I signed up another host and migrated website to new host. Update DKIM which has that function on host to securely send out emails everything has been working now. Thanks bro
