domain does not work and cant change URL

  • Ok guys,
    I’m very new to all this and I’m trying to figure things out. I got my domain from godaddy and hosted with bluehost. My domain is socalhopheads.com. When setting up with bluehost and using wordpress I suddenly got this url “https://69.195.124.130/~socalhop/”

    Question:
    1) what happened to using my domain?
    2) is it because I’m on a shared server and dont have a direct IP?
    3) please help?
