    Good day,

When I send a test email, I get the below error messages:

    SPF
Action Needed: It doesn’t look like the SPF record required by Sendinblue has been added to your domain. Please check out our step by step guide for details on how to add this record to your domain’s DNS.

    DKIM
Action Needed: It doesn’t look like the DKIM record required by Sendinblue has been added to your domain. Please check out our step by step guide for details on how to add this record to your domain’s DNS.

    DMARC
Action Recommended: It doesn’t look like DMARC has been set up on your domain (snackstash.co.za). We recommend using the DMARC protocol because it helps protect your domain from unauthorized use. Please check out our step by step guide for details on how to add this record to your domain’s DNS.

I am using Bluehost for web hosting and I have added the SPF and DKIM records to my DNS records on Bluehost. My domain is also verified/authenticated on Sendinblue but I am still receiving these error messages. Could you please help me to fix this issue?

    Hi @davidvnsa,

Thanks for reaching out! I have used this tool to verify your SPF record, but I could not see anything.

To verify DKIM, you can use a tool like this.

DMARC record is not mandatory, but we have a separate guide if you want to set up that as well (https://wpmailsmtp.com/how-to-create-dmarc-record/).

Most probably you may have set up those records incorrectly. Could you please get in touch with your hosting support and ask them to fix it for you. Once fixed, try sending a test email again.

In case it helps, please follow the documentation again on how to authorize your domain with Sendinblue DNS records.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @davidvnsa,

We haven’t heard from you in a couple of weeks, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this ticket resolved. If you still have questions, though, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
