Domain Change Instructions Not Working On CBeyond

Have followed these instructions to the letter dozens of times before, never had a problem. Am trying to use them again in a CBeyond hosting account but all I can get is an “Under Construction” page.

I’m POSITIVE that pilot error is not to blame. Tried it a dozen different ways, multiple times after following the instructions to the letter. Any idea what CBeyond might have set up that’s not allowing these instructions to work?
