Dollars and cents not shown properly

One can place a bid with dollars and cents and it will process however it rounds up when it displays the latest bid. i.e. one bids 19.95 and USD 20 is displayed. Whatever amount is bid it only shows on the screen rounded up in whole dollars and yet it emails the correct amount. Next bid minimum is then based on the rounded up amount. Too confusing for a bidder. I certainly hope someone can fix this problem! The plugin looks good otherwise.
