    Hello, It’s in the multi vendor Dokan marketplace.

    I tried an order paid by PayPal. The fund was sent through, and order shows in the Woocommerce Admin area with correct info.
    But Order is not shown in Dokan Vendor’s dashboard, and no fund added to Vendor account.

    Weird thing is order is not shown in WooCommerce order list if I click the Vendor, (filter to order only to that vendor) as the 2 attached image shown (before click it shows, after click that vendor, it won’t show any).

    yeah, from Dashboard, I go to

    WooCommerce -> Setting -> Payment Tab -> Enable Paypal, and enter IDs.

    The Paypal payment only visible in checkout area after I added these 3 more area “Mini Cart, Block Express Checkout, Block Cart” in the “Smart Button Location” section.

    I checked the DB, the order exist in woocommerce_order_items, but not exist in dokan_orders table.

    We’re having difficulty comprehending your mention of three areas in your second statement. Could you please provide further clarification on this?

    Regarding the order data existence, if you are utilizing the Gutenberg block in the checkout area, the order will not be present in the Dokan database. Our dedicated team is actively addressing this compatibility issue and aims to resolve it within a few upcoming releases.

    I created a brand new Dokan site, free version, and have the same issue

    I used cash on delivery check out to place the order, but vendor can’t see the order in their dashboard.
    In Admin WooCommerce order section, the order appears

    Hi @temy5,

    As @mobin210385 mentioned in his reply, the current version of the Dokan plugin has compatibility issues with the WooCommerce cart and checkout blocks. Please create these pages using shortcodes (cart – [woocommerce_cart] & checkout – [woocommerce_checkout]) and try again. It should resolve the problem.

    Our development team has already been notified about this incompatibility and they are actively working on resolving it. Hopefully, the problem will be fixed in an upcoming release.

    If you have recreated the cart and checkout pages using shortcodes and placed new orders but still the orders are not appearing on the vendor dashboard, it is possibly due to a conflicting plugin or theme.

    To further troubleshoot and resolve the issue, we recommend the following steps:

    1. Switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Three).
    2. Disable all plugins except for?Dokan Lite, and?WooCommerce.
    3. Clear your site and browser cache and then check if the issue is resolved.

    If the problem disappears, gradually enable one plugin at a time to identify the one causing the conflict. Once you identify the conflicting plugin, please reach out to its developer or support team for assistance.
