Dokan Vendor Product Upload issue

    hi, I have a problem when a vendor is trying to upload a product from their dashboard when they click on the create product button it keeps loading for a very long time then afterward throws this error: Request Time Out, the request took too long to process.

    please I need help with this and i must commend you guys for always responding you guys have been so helpful thanks
