    Hi,
    first I need to mention that this used to be ok before I deactivate and reactivate Dokan Pro (because I had other issues).
    Since I reactivate, in the “setting” part of the vendor dashboard, the map is missing.
    But if vendor goes in “product” part, the map is here. So it doesn’t seems to be an issue with API.
    But any idea what could be the problem ?

    This is unusual. Please check if the theme you are using has a custom template for the settings page and if that template is causing the issue. As you are one of our pro customers you can contact us through our support channel and our support engineers can check the site with login credentials.

    Hi,
    thanks for the reply.
    I contacted the support, but unfortunalety, they only propose me a standard answer: try with an other theme.
    The thing is I change theme to a default one, and the issue is still the same.

    To resume,
    on the “setting” part of vendor dashboard, map is empty.
    But on the product geolocation, the map is here …

    Seems to be an issue with the Jquery, any idea ?

    Yes, JS conflict with other plugins can also happen. You can try deactivating all plugins and then try to reactivate one by one to detect which one is causing the issue. It is hard to get to a solution without investigating directly. Our support engineers will investigate further on this topic.
