dokan store name and store phone to pass admin order table as meta fields

i need to pass dokan store name and dokan store phone to order deatils page of admin but as meta fields how can i use these fields to pass to an external api i was trying to get them and to pass to order meta fields so i can have them filled auto maticllay against the order number i dont know what to pass to get these values when the action order status change is fried
