Dokan Seller earnings calculation issue with Terawallet Partial Wallet payment
If the customer buys products from more than one seller, there is no problem because a sub-order is created.
It’s okay if the wallet balance is sufficient for the total order amount.
But when a product is purchased from a single seller and a partial wallet payment is made, the entire wallet balance is deducted from the seller’s earnings. Wallet balances belong to the site owner.
In this case, how can I ensure that the Seller does not see that the orders are paid with the wallet and are not deducted from their earnings account?

    Hi @gokhandogan,

Right now, integration with the Terawallet plugin is unavailable in Dokan. Also, a function to allow the customers to pay for an order partially is unavailable by default.

If you want to have this feature and integration done on your site, it will require proper customization. According to our support policy, we are unable to provide a custom solution to our users. But I am keeping this topic open so anyone can contribute if they already have a solution to this.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the quick response. I hope a solution is found. Except for the problem I mentioned, because the plugins work perfectly.
