We are designing a multi-vendor e-commerce site. We have two languages available on the website: English and Arabic. Everything works fine if the page is in English. But when the website is switched to Arabic, somehow, It throws the following exception in a dokan-lite file called orders-widget.php under dokan-lite\templates\dashboard:
Uncaught ReferenceError: Chart is not defined.

Also, it has a problem reaching a library called jquery.flot.
We are using Polylang plug-in to make the site multi-lingual. I checked the dokan-lite files and all needed extensions and libraries are included.

I am thinking that somehow Polylang plugin either blocks or corrupts the files.
I need urgent help since we have a week to complete the whole project.

  • Hello @hazarcandogabakan,

I am so sorry to inform you that the polylang plugin is not officially integrated with Dokan. You can try contacting the plugin support to help you with the issue you are having. Or you need to make the plugin integrated with Dokan to make them work together.

Unfortunately, Dokan is not 100% multilingual supported. But most of the users using WPML with the Dokan WPML plugin with few limitations. But the WPML plugin works smoothly without any error with Dokan.

    Thank you for understanding ??
