Dokan Pro compatibility issues

having an issue on my “list of vendors” page and after contacting the makers of the plugin they said it was a compatibility issue with the theme and that i needed to ask the makers of the theme for help since they only offer support on themes that are compatible with their plugin. problem is im finding it hard to get a hold of anyone from the support team for alpha store pro theme. anyone know how to get a hold of them?
