Dokan marketplace compatibility

    Hello,

    We are currently testing your plugin for our markedplace. We use dokan and its works fine. We only have problems with the vendor earnings.

    If a customer pay with a gift gard, the order amount is 0. And with that, the earnings for the vendor is wrong. It’s even in minus. When the price for the items would be 10$ and a customer use the gift card, the earnings als -10$.

    So I know maybe this is dokan related. But we are wondering if you have customers who using your plugin on a multivendor page. ??

    Unfortunately we haven’t tested with Dokan and currently don’t have plans for this integration.

    If you are using PW Gift Cards Pro, contact us directly at https://www.pimwick.com and we will see what options might be possible with the Pro version. www.remarpro.com doesn’t allow supporting Pro plugins using their forums so I am marking this thread as resolved.

    Thanks. But do we have to buy Pro also when we want to check with you if it is possible? Becasue when it’s not possible, then we can not use your nice plugin.

    So would be nice if we can maybe setup a technical check or something like that. Is that possible?

    You don’t have to own the Pro version to be notified when it’s available, you can contact us from our website and we can add your email address to be alerted. At that point you can upgrade to the Pro version.
