Dokan integration

    Hi,

    I installed your plugin and have one question.

    I have shop which uses Dokan, as this is multi vendor marketplace. My task is to send sms to both buyer and seller when new order is created. For now, it only sends sms to person who is buying, but I also want to send sms to the seller. Is this possible?
