DOI URL update

    Thank you for the excellent plugin!

    I noticed that the DOI URL still defaults to dx.doi.org. Currently, DOIs no longer require the “dx” subdomain (although backward compatible) and can be routed directly using doi.org/<DOI>. FYI.
