Doggies and Stuff

Hi all,

Hoping to get to know more people here. My blog, Doggies and Stuff, started out at Blogger. However, after my blog was nearly shut down by big brother, I decided enough is enough. I wanted control over my content, I wanted to own my content, and I wanted to do with my blog whatever I wanted to. There you have it. Doggies and Stuff is of course about dogs….mostly. We review and host giveaways for dog products, post pet welfare information, adoptable pets, highlight rescues and shelters from across the country, and raise money. The “Stuff” is just that..”Stuff”. I also review human products when contacted but not everything. I do some health and beauty, recipes, eco-friendly and organic products.

I was just featured in an Associated Press story about the loss of a pet, have an article in the Sept/Oct issue of FIDO Friendly magazine about going green with fido, and have a pretty good following of readers. I did lose my Google Page rank when I switched. Unfortunately, a lot of companies do look at that. Believe it or not. So, I am hoping to reclaim my page rank the next time Google posts.
