Doesn't work within the WP menus and No Documentation

  • There’s zero documentation and it doesn’t work within the WordPress menu structure.

    There seem to be people here who have worked out how to make it work but I’m not a coder and was looking for a WP plugin, not some clever code to add in.

    I don’t like giving a low rating, but I have no idea how to make this work and want to flag up to other non-advanced users that this is probably not for them.

    Hi.

    There are already two support calls (that I can see) that are 1+ month old asking how it is implemented. I didn’t think there was any value in adding a duplicate request, so I subscribed to those for updates and left a note of my experience here in the reviews so that other users got a pre-warning. I think I was fair – advanced users will still be able to work out how to use it, but newbies will have warning.

    Are you linked to the developer?

    No but I do think that posting a review without any attempt to contact the plugin’s developer yourself via a new topic is more than a little unfair.
