Doesn't work with WP 4.4

Solved it:

First I put this line above 345

// Set up menu item database ID based on post ID.
$menu_item_db_id = $this->get_page_auto_menu_item_id( $page->ID );

Then on 345 I did this
// Get all non-excluded page ID’s.
$included_menu_item_ids = array_map( function( $page ) {
return $menu_item_db_id;

Could you confirm this method?

Marking this as resolved since I haven’t heard back and things appear to be working fine on my end.

Tested it again and it works ??
