    Hi Kimberley,

Do you by any chance have a public URL where I can take a look at the issue? This would be the best way for me to diagnose what’s going on.

No, I had to restore a backup to be able to make my site work for the moment. It just simply wouldn’t load unless I deactivated both SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle and Page Builder.

    Hi Kimberley,

So that makes it tricky to work out what happened. Just to clarify, what was the indication that it was SiteOrgin Page Builder that was causing you these issues? Just trying to work out what happened as there aren’t any major known issues with our plugin(s) and 4.5.3.

I submitted a support ticket to Siteground, who identified it was those 2 plugins that were causing the issue and they deactivated them. But because this caused issues with the layout of the site, although the site then loaded whereas previously it didn’t load at all when the plugins were activated, they suggested I restore a backup which I did and solved the issue.

    Hi Kimberley,

Would it be possible for you to ask Siteground for the error logs that show the errors with Page Builder and Widgets Bundle? This would be a huge help for us to figure out what’s going on.

    Hi there,

same issue for me. After disabling all Plugins and enabling them one by one, this Widget Bundle crashes WordPress.

Backend is still working, so I can enable/disable plugins, edit pages, but frontend ist just white or delivering error 500.

debug.log shows nothing. No error messages on output, either.

But this issue occured suddenly only on this site: mantikore.jaegers.net
It used to work fine earlier this day, but now it’s broken. Any idea?

    Hi there!

I have the same issue. With WP 4.5.1 and SiteOrigin WB 1.6 and 1.6.1.
After activation I get a fatal error message, the backend is slowly and the front is white.

Check with SiteOrigin WB 1.6.2 and with develop version and I get the same error and issue.

Sorry! The issue is not a bug. Is my faul, in a clean instalation of WP the plugin is ok. WP 4.5.3 and plugin v.1.6.2

Fixed it – the update colored the icon the same as the sticker.

Version 1.6.3 disabled the icons (or is not displaying) in the SiteOrigin Sticker Widget. 1.6.2 was working fine. I am on 4.5.3 Please update Widget – loved it, but not so much anymore without the selected icons I was using. thejetsethost.com is the public URL.

    Thanks!
