Doesn’t work with Web4Web.it ?

    Hello all, I’m trying to migrate a small website from a shared server on Web4Web.it to SG, but nothing happens after I click the migrate button and the log is not even created.
    I’m going to contact the Web4Web helpdesk, but in the meantime is anyone here using their hosting and has managed to make the SG Migrator work?

    Hello @webby1973,

    I believe that I managed to find your temporary domain at SiteGround and noticed that there is a correctly generated token on our end.

    I also reviewed the available information about the SiteGround Migrator plugin, however, could not find any issues reported to incompatibility of our plugin and Web4Web.it.

    Once Web4Web provide you with an update, if our help is required, we would be more than happy to assist. In this case, I would suggest you to contact us via ticket from your SiteGround Client Area so we can review the issue closely.

    @daniellaivanova Hi, yes it’s me, I asked for help on the chat.

    The provider said: “you can’t open sockets to or from the web4web servers. No excpetion.”

    So now what? I’ll try with another plugin and will let you know if it works.
