Doesn't work with Visual Editor Custom Buttons plugin

Hi Petr,

I really like this plugin, and I wish I could use it, but unfortunately it causes a conflict with another plugin I need to use, Visual Editor Custom Buttons.

I use that plugin on the HTML tab to add buttons like <h2>, paragraph tags, etc. For some reason when I install HTML Editor Syntax Highlighter, those custom buttons stop working.

I wonder if you could please help.
