    Please assist with this theme Creativ Preschool, the plugin does not remove the footer credit
    I entered – Theme Creativ Preschoool by Creativ Themes
    But it didn’t remove and replace with my entry in the second field.

    Save and this should do it.

    you should have provided them with link to your website.
    That way, they can view the code and see the problem so as to proffer solution
