Doesn't work with SPORTY-Responsive WordPress Theme for Sport Clubs

Hello,
I’m using SPORTY-Responsive WordPress Theme for Sport Clubs, but your nice plugin doesn’t seem to work with it. The theme uses featured image and I can see the featured video box + add video to it, but it doesn’t display in the frontend.
Do you know what the problem could be?
