• Hi.
    Thanks for the great plugin:)
However, is there a chance to make it work with your other plugin Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts? When I change currency it just changes currency symbol but there’s no fees conversion ?? Second thing – I set up rounding and it works perfectly except for shipping rates where I still see for example 4.99 instead of 5.00.

  • Hi @fkoomek,

Sorry for not replying earlier. Will try to release new version in a couple of days max. “Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts” – it’s expected behavior, we never did the “connection” between the plugins. As for shipping rates – I will have to recheck that.

Will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Best regards,
    Tom

    Hello ??
Please, make sure to check that shipping rounding. I got into trouble today when implementing a payment gateway. For some mysterious reason payment gateway can’t accept payments that contain not rounded shipping. For example, 4.20 is ok but 4.26 is a problem. Thanks

    Hi @fkoomek,

As promised, I’ve just released new plugin version 2.8.5. After you update:

    1. Shipping rounding – there is new “Apply Rounding and Pretty Price to Shipping Rates” checkbox option added in plugin’s “General” settings section (“Exchange Rates Final Price Correction Options” subsection). It’s disabled by default, so you will need to enable it.

    2. Fees – there is new “Apply Currency Conversion for Cart Fees” checkbox option added (again in “General” settings section). This one is enabled by default, so you don’t have to do any thing.

Please let me know if it’s working correctly. Any feedback is highly appreciated.

P.S. If you like the plugin, please leave us a rating.

    Best regards,
    Tom

    Hi.
    Thank you very much.
I’ve just carefully tested it and find out that there are still some problems when paying via my gateway. I use Czech one – GoPay. So, I don’t really know if there’s something wrong directly with the GoPay plugin. My payment is just sometimes declined and I found out that the issue is connected with rounding. For example, I created a testing product which cost 4.10 EUR (EUR is my primary currency) and set free shipping and then I was changing currency exchange rate for CZK (the currency in which I was trying to make a payment) after 1 tenth. From set range 25,525 – 25,541 my payment was declined. Otherwise, it passed. Rounding precision was set to 1.

I put it in the Excel table if you would be interested in.

For now, I am going to turn off rounding, it seems like it’s working correctly then.

Via Paypal, it works without problems.

I found a little bug in the fees and discounts plugin. When I choose Payment gateway with a fee on the checkout page and then return to Cart, the fee still stays in Cart total table.

    Thanks for your help.

Well, and one more comment on the Addition gateway fees. You could also ínvolve rounding there ??
