Doesnt Work with Neest WP Version

Hello,
The plugin doesn’t seem to work at all and never has on my site here customize.medcor.com. Will need a login to view the site, so let me know when your ready and I can disable the plugin so you can see the site. Zoom function doesn’t work at all and never has.
Please help.
