doesn't work with multisite child blogs

there’s no way i’d network activate this.
i activated on seven blogs and then wasn’t able to login back into any of them. the browers (Chrome and Safari) hang on the URL and nothing loads.
i deleted the plugin through the network dashboard to get back in.
