Doesn't work with multiple lists

    Hello

    The plugin is not working with multiple lists, just shows the first one. Bellow is my code

    Tried disabling all the plugins except CF7 an Mail Poet Contact Form 7, also using Twenty Four theme

  • I have the same bug.
    I’m searching a solution and try many thing but at least, i’m last.
    I think there no way, if somebody have an odea it will really great tu use that functionnality.
